Beat the heat with Fennel Seed (Saunf) Cool Drink

Today, in this warm hot climate, when we think of flavored cool drink, we usually think of shakes mocktails and so on, we actually fulfill our thirst. But why not think of a cool drink which will really satifsy your thirst and give you good boost to your digestive system too.
Yes I am talking about Fennel Seed (Saunf)  – Cool Refreshing Drink

Let’s check how its prepared?

Ingredients –
1.       Fennel Seed – 100 gms
2.       Poppy Seeds 50 gms
3.       Grated Coconut – 50 gm
4.       Black Pepper – 5-6 pcs
5.       Cardomom – 5 pcs
Blend all the ingredients into a powder form, in a mixer and keep it in a jar.

How to Consume?

You can add one spoon powder or as per requirement in a glass of cool water. You can also add sugar/honey, if required.
To add the taste you can mix lemon juice as well.

Just make it and feel Cool in this summer time too!!!
